OpCache and FastCGI

It may seem appealing to add caching options of PHP and nginx to your hostware instance. However, caching of the PHP files will result in many features not working anymore. Essentially, the internal API calls are not executed anymore because this will cache the entire PHP function with its response, resulting in no execution.

Therefore, usage of both caching option is not recommended or possible.
