Import existing customers

Under Customers -> Import existing customers, you have the option of importing existing customers from your accounting system, such as lexoffice or sevdesk, into hostware.

First, select the desired accounting system. All customers maintained in the accounting system will then be displayed. You can select which customers you want to import and then start the import.

If individual customers cannot be imported because data such as their email address or postal address is missing from the accounting system, an error message will be displayed for the customer and they cannot be selected.
