# Pay by invoice

## Introduction

With the "pay by invoice" payment method, your customers can order on account. No payment is required when placing the order, and the invoice can be paid at a later date.

## Installation

No configuration necessary. Install and activate the module. Optional restrictions and text customizations can be made as usual at the [Payment Methods configuration](https://docs.hostware.io/billing/payments/payment-methods).
