Manage products

You will see all products grouped by category. At a glance, you can see the available stock (if active), the price, and the number of active hostings for each product.

Create product

You can create products with minimal properties. After creation, you will be automatically redirected to the editing view, where you can fully configure the product.

After creation, the product is stored invisibly, so you can configure it completely without pressure.

Edit product

General

Weisen Sie das Produkt einer Kategorie, Produktgruppe (optional) und einem CMS-Layout (optional) zu und hinterlegen Sie den Produkt-Namen und -Beschreibung.

Product secret link

Secret link is used in the case when you want a product not to be ordered by anyone, but just by the customers you share the secret link with. This link will add the product to the cart and redirect the customer to the reconfigure product page. You can generate the secret link by simply activating it at the product general settings:

The link will be generated after you save the settings. If you disable that checkbox and save, than the link will be deleted.

Active hostings

You can see all active hostings that belong to this product.

Module

Configure automatic provisioning of the product through module integration. Choose whether the product should be provisioned either fully automatically or manually by an administrator after payment has been received.

Select the desired module with which the product is to be provided. You will then find the possible configuration properties that you need to fill in.

Price

Base price

Base prices are recurring prices and are multiplied with the selected payment period.

Setup price

A setup fee / NRC (non recurring cost) can also be applied to a product and must be paid only once during order process. For the setup fee, you can either enter a fixed amount or configure a percentage value rounded up to N €.

Weisen Sie nun die bereits erstellten Laufzeiten Ihrem Produkt zu. Die Laufzeiten verwenden den Basispreis als Multiplikator und erstellen somit einheitliche Preise für alle Ihre Produkte.

Beispiel: Basispreis 100 € 7 Tage, Multiplikator "0,25" = 25 € 1 Monat, Multiplikator "1" = 100 € 3 Monate, Multiplikator "3" = 300 € 12 Monate, Multiplikator "12" = 1200 €

Quantity

You can optionally activate quantity management for this product. In this case, the customer has the option of ordering the product multiple times with the same configuration. You can also specify whether the setup fee should apply per quantity or only once for the order.

Up-/Downgrades

If this product defines a fixed product, you can use it to define upgrades and downgrades for fixed products. To do this, select the products that can be displayed for selection. Depending on the product type, downgrades are usually not technically possible.

Once active, the customer can select the chosen upgrades/downgrades in the customer portal. The change is calculated based on the price change. If there is no price change, the upgrade/downgrade will not be initiated.

Produktoptionen

Wählen Sie die Produktoptionen, welche während dem Bestellprozess konfiguriert werden können. Definieren Sie ebenfalls, ob Up-/Downgrades der Optionen möglich sein sollen.
