Import existing hostings

hostware makes it very easy to import existing hosting products. After a module has been enabled and configured, you can navigate to Hosting > Active hostings > Import existing hostings

Import process

Select module

Select the desired module you want to import products from. If the module supports the creation of hosts, the desired host must also be chosen.

View all data

hostware will fetch all data via API and display them to you. When a hosting already exists in the hostware DB, it cannot be imported again.

Choose which to import

The first checkbox defines if you want to import the row. Each input/column must be filled, otherwise the row wont be imported.

1. Select the customer the hosting should be attached to.

2. Select the related product. Only products with the same module are shown.

3. Select the payment period and price which should be defined for this product. If free, enter 0 for the price.

4. Defined the next renewal date for the service.

Submit

On the bottom of the page, submit the import. hostware will show you how many rows it has imported or skipped if any column was not filled correctly.
