Domain registration failed, but hostware says “Active”
In this case, hostware successfully transmitted the registration data to the respective reseller. However, this reseller has processed the order asynchronously in the background.
If an error then occurs, hostware shows the domain as active. This status can easily be reset:
You can set the status to “REGISTER_ERROR” or “TRANSFER_ERROR” in the domains table in the hostware database (How to access the database). The registration can then be initiated again in the Adminpanel after you have corrected the original error.
